Christelle
- Pure Yin
- Hatha & Yin Fusion
Christelle started practicing yoga about 18 years ago. At the time with prenatal yoga, while she was pregnant with her daughter. A former journalist and now a full-time communication and project officer for a children’s aid fund (also a graduate in children’s rights), she also decided to start teaching yoga as well, and has been certified in yin yoga & functional anatomy since June 2020 and in hatha and vinyasa since February 2024. Her approach is functional and inclusive and there are, for her, as many ways and possibilities to practice yoga as there are bodies and diversities in bodies.
Chris is also passionate about music (rock music especially) and poetry (writing and reading), among other things. She is also active in various associations and is particularly active with GAMS Belgium.
Yin yoga is a slow, gentle, and meditative form of yoga, based on long poses, mainly floor-based. The goal is to enter oneself and to reconnect with the sensations of the body. In yin, we will rather stretch, and aim for the deep connective tissues, the fascia.
Hatha & yin fusion is a practice that balances the slow, meditative rhythm of yin yoga with the more dynamic rhythm of hatha ; a practice that restores energy while promoting relaxation, inner healing and letting go.
Damaris
Damaris, 31, teaches French to foreign people in Brussels, has been practicing yoga for around ten years and has been teaching it since 2023. Passionate about music, dance and travel. During the year 2022, during a trip to Italy, she meets a yoga teacher, Teresa, who makes her want to teach it too.
In August 2023, she followed a YTT at Hari Om Yoga School in Italy with Marco Mandrino and started teaching in September 2023. Sensitive to social issues in Brussels, she also gives classes within the Yoga Communautaire association which makes the discipline accessible to people in precarious situations.
She teaches progressive Hatha/Vinyasa yoga. She takes the time to explain the postures, alignments, parts of the body used, types of breathing and emphasizes breathing during meditation, moments of breaks, asanas and final relaxation (yoga nidra) .
During her classes, she likes to talk about Hindu philosophy and spirituality, creating particular atmospheres with themes, essential oils, incense, music.
Debora
- Yoga for Strength & Softness
- Hatha
Debora’s relationship with yoga started when she was 18 and has continued ever since, becoming an essential and precious companion.
A couple of years ago, she started to teach rock climbing – her second passion. That made her realize that she wanted to deepen her knowledge of yogic practices to guide people through working with their bodies and minds.
In the beginning of 2024, she completed a 200 hours TTC certified by Yoga Alliance in India and Brussels.
Substituting classes for the Levana team since February, she tries to help each participant finding their way to the poses and the energy that serve them in that very moment.
Julia
Julia started practising yoga about 8 years ago. Her practice quickly became essential to her. It helped her to get through periods of stress, to reconnect with her body and herself and to anchor herself a little more firmly in the present moment. In 2020, she took a 200-hour course to become a Hatha Yoga teacher in Italy.
Since then she has travelled to New Zealand, India, Nepal and on the Camino de Santiago. During these different journeys, she has been able to enrich her practice and share yoga with those around her. In particular, she was lucky to immerse myself in the Himalayan yoga tradition during a retreat in an ashram in Rishikesh.
Her practice is based on reconnecting with the body, with oneself and with the present moment. This prepares our whole being for a life of full awareness. She is really grateful to be able to share what she has learned and make her small contribution to everyone’s well-being.

Nastasja
- Ashtanga Inspired Yoga
- Vinyasa
- Slow Vinyasa
Nastasja is passionate about body movement, between yoga and contemporary dance. For her, movement is a moment of exploring bodily sensations. To explore is to be in the body without constraints of time or space. It’s about taming one’s limits and expanding the imagination. With different rhythms and intensities. It’s feeling alive.
5 years ago, Nastasja started practicing yoga with Ashtanga. Particularly with Sergine Laloux, with whom she learned how her body works, resistance and letting go. And with Marc Pouw, with whom she learned the singularity of each body and the adaptation of postures. Independently, she now practices Vinyasa, where she creates her own sequences based on what her body wants in the moment. In a simple organic flow.
At the age of 5, she was enrolled in her first ballet class at the Academy. And at the age of 30, she trained in contemporary dance, among other places, in Montreal with Stéphanie de Courteille and during numerous workshops in Brussels, focused on release techniques, with Bud Blumenthal and Michèle Swennen.
She really likes transmitting and exchanging with the explorers of the movement.
Olivia
- Hatha Yoga Foundation
- Power Vinyasa
- Relax & Stretch Yoga
A former gymnast, Olivia trained at the Gayatri Yoga school located in Tejina in the north of the island of Tenerife where she perfected her knowledge of Hatha (traditional yoga) and Vinyasa (sequencing of positions in relation to breath).
She learned the importance and the rigor of Asana (alignments of postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques) and discovered the benefits of Yoga Nidra (meditation and deep relaxation).
Once certified (RYS 200-Yoga Alliance), she honed her skills by giving classes to residents of the island and community spaces. She is also trained in pedagogy as sharing knowledge in a caring and meaningful way are core values in her teachings.
Teaching for a very diverse public pushed Olivia to be inventive and reconsider her methods to best meet the expectations and needs of each of her students.
Nurtured by such extraordinary encounters, she has only one wish: to continue learning and sharing her passion.
Back in Brussels in April 2021, Olivia continues to follow the daily lessons of different exceptional teachers in the capital while giving private and group classes.
She also trains in yoga for children and teenagers and takes part in workshops on handstands and inversions every occasion she has.
Olivia attaches the utmost value to the well-being of her students. She wishes above all to share and communicate her positive energy.
