Workshop: Yin for Spring – Wake Up & Come Back to Light with Chris 15/03/25
Yin for Spring – Wake Up & Come Back to Light
Date: March 15, 4:00-6:00 PM
Price: €35
Spring, the first Yang season of the year, is a time of new beginnings, creativity, and growth. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is associated with the Wood element, which governs movement and expansion—much like the branches of a tree reaching toward the sky. It is also linked to the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, essential for detoxification, flow, and balance.
Through deep, intentional Yin postures, this workshop will help you reconnect with your body, restore flexibility, and release any tension or stagnation built up over the winter. This is your opportunity to gently awaken, set intentions, and move forward with clarity and ease.
No experience is needed—all levels, bodies, and anatomies are welcome. If cost is a barrier, don’t hesitate to reach out to Chris.
